If literary Braille ever does away with some useless contractions and
frees up some symbols, it would be good to have a unique symbol for
bullets. Actually, at least two symbols would be needed. More than once I
have had documents where the bullet symbols have served different
purposes. For example, one symbol might indicate a main topic while a
second symbol would indicate sub-topics. A return to the first symbol
would show a return to the main topic.
