Hi Ann,

I just tried it in DBT, and it works fine here. Here's what I did:

1. I opened a DBT print file, positioned my cursor at the start of a line, and typed Control-H.

2. I then pressed the Down Arrow and the line where I first placed the cursor became highlighted. I then pressed the Right Arrow a couple of times, and individual characters were added to the selected text. I then pressed Page Down, and a whole lot more text was selected.

3. Just to see what would happen, I pressed Control-H again, and all the selected text was deselected.

I wonder if you might have held the Control-H down a little too long, which would cause highlighting to be turned on and immediately turned off again before you got the chance to do anything else. It's also possible that Control-H has been used for some other purpose, and that definition is overriding DBT's definition. Other than that, I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't have worked.
