There's a bunch of things I turn off in all that autoformatting stuff in Word. Word assumes you don't have a clue what you want in your document and that you are too lazy to figure it out, so it just puts all kinds of formatting in there that is not friendly to Duxbury. As I said, DBT isn't the problem here. The problem is that people are using the wrong character for an apostrophe. Incidentally, I believe the "Smart Quotes" checkbox is part of the Format menu in Word.
