the e-mail address is on its own line.  I've followed it by an enter to get
to the next line, I've also tried following it by a space and then an enter.
I've selected it by using the shift+down arrow, and by using
control+shift+right arrow.  I've done that with a space at the end, and
without a space.  Now  I know there has to be a simple answer for this
problem, but  not finding it yet.  Won't give up, though.  thanks for all
your suggestions.

Oh, haven't even done anything about  the Word/Courier thing yet.

I've seen cases where the end computer Braille symbols go to the next
line. This can usually be fixed if you place an enter just before the
email or web address. Of course, this won't work if the address is
longer than 31 characters and you're using narrow paper.
