[duxuser] embossing help

Dear all,
I have the following two questions:
First, I am facing one problem with regards to the index-basic embosser.
The embosser is stopping after it has embossed 20 or 30 pages and it says:
out of paper. Actually, there is stack of paper in the box.
I am suspecting may be the paper sensor problem. in the mean time this
embosser is finishing the hole document with out difficulties.
What might be the problem?
Secondly, I would like to emboss side way to make a title for the book
cover. So, how do I emboss vertically using either the index or the
Romeo-25 embossers?
