We are using the English Unified BANA template. Yes, we tried showing All
Styles.

Subject: [duxuser] guide dots not showing up in Apply Styles
Hi,
One of our transcribers does not have guide dots, among other things, listed in
her Apply Styles box (under the Layout menu). The other two transcribers do
have it, so we think it is some setting that is different. We are all new to
Duxbury, using version 11.2. Does anyone have any knowledge or ideas as to what
could be the problem? Thanks.
