When you say, "We are all new to Duxbury", do I take it that Duxbury itself is
completely new to the suspect system also, or was 11.2 an upgrade to an earlier
version?
I'm being a shade careful here because in theory the Templates are write
protected.
As I'm based in the UK, and unless you have Skype, it might be best to contact
Duxbury direct in MA. They'll be able to do some digging with you and check
files dates, etc..

What Template are you using, and have you checked to see if appears when you
select "All Styles" on that system?

One of our transcribers does not have guide dots, among other things, listed in
her Apply Styles box (under the Layout menu). The other two transcribers do
have it, so we think it is some setting that is different. We are all new to
Duxbury, using version 11.2. Does anyone have any knowledge or ideas as to what
could be the problem? Thanks.
