Hi Paul,

Let me first explain that the SWIFT module is actually not a
Duxbury developed add-on, although is supplied with the DBT
package. It was developed here in the U.K. by one of our
users.

Indeed it started simply as a means of going to DBT from
Word for Windows with a mouse click, or a keystroke or two,
and expanded from there. And over time all sorts of things
have been added.

However, in terms of overall formatting, I'm afraid that
things like double line spacing still have to be controlled
by the user within DBT itself.

George Bell.

Subject: [duxuser] maintaining format in MS Word for braille
translation in Duxbury 10.5, using "Direct Emboss".

            Listers:

How can one maintain the integrity of an MS Word document
when it is being "direct embossed", in Duxbury 10.5.

I would like to maintain the double line spacing in the MS
Word document.

I found that when I do "Direct emboss" with the new feature
of 10.5, with the right arrow, the double line spacing in
the original word document is lost.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Paul.
