[duxuser] margins and lines?

Hi, I am using the Duxbury program with the braille blazer. I had to send the
brl printer to Freedom Scientific for repair and when I got it back, I found
that the margins are messed up. I went to Duxbury's global printer setup and
kept getting an error message. Can someone help me thru this? I want the
printer to be set up so that the top line is not at the very top. I also want
the left and right margins to have a decent margin. I am using tractor feed
paper. It is 8 1/2 x 11 1/2. I really appreciate any assistance. Andy.
