Hi Teri,
As far as I can tell, there's no change on the screen when you toggle
F2. However, if you go to the View menu and arrow down, 6-key entry will
be checked if it's turned on. JFW reports this, but I don't know if
Window-Eyes does. I may be able to write a script for JFW that would turn
6-key entry on and off, and maybe even report its state, but I'll have to
think of a way to do it, and that might take me a while. I'll let you know
if I come up with anything.

I'm using f2 in a print file to make direct braille entries but have sometimes forgotten to hit f2 again to turn this off.
Could someone tell me if anything visual happens on the screen when f2 is pressed to allow one to write braille directly in to a dxp file? If so, what does the sighted transcriber see?
I would find it very useful if dbt would say something to me when I hit f2 as this does not currently happen.
Is there a way to make window-eyes or jaws say something when this feature is activated?
Thanks.
Teri
