[duxuser] running headers

I might have my terminology right here, so I hope I can explain my question.
For creating a document in Word using the Bana template with preliminary pages
with various sections such as maybe a Table of Contents, About the Author,
maybe some back relocated information, etc. Each page would have a top running
head with the book title, and then a section heading. How can I make the
section head also be a running head of some kind where it would not have a
blank line if it went on to another braille page? My thinking is that when
coding up a document in Word, you wouldn't know in advance where the braille
page breaks are. Can this be done ahead, or is this something that must be
coded with the DXB file at hand?
