Hi Janet,
I don't know this Machina web site, but the official
developer's site is http://www.mackichan.com
MacKichan will e-mail you a Serial Number after you complete
the information requested. You can then download the
installation file pending this arriving, which in actual
fact is normally within a few minutes, usually before the
download is complete.
Once you have the code, installation is quite
straightforward.
