Hi Tamru,

There is no summary for codes as such, although if you go to Help, Help Topics 
(New), then select Code, and finally DBT Codes Quick Reference, you will find 
them listed alphabetically.

I am currently working on trying to write simplified explanations for these.

As regards Tutorials, I suggest you perhaps take a look at the Transcribers 
Guide, also available from the Help menu.
