Hello, George and listers,

I have a very strange problem that to be honest, can't tell you what the cause is.

I have obtained an Index Basic-d embosser. I've sat it up with the help of the person who loaned it to me and from Sighted Electronics, the company who makes the embossers. The embosser embosses well but i'm having a problem with the braille being consistant. In otherwards, when i emboss a document and then look at it and compair it to what's on the duxbury screen, the hard copy and the text on the screen do not coincide.

I was proofreading something and went to page two; the line that was on page two, (the first line), didn't coincide with what the text on the screen was. Can anybody make any suggestions as to why this may be happening? Do you think it's a duxbury problem? We've exhausted all the posibilities on the embosser itself so now i'm coming to you guys for help.

Thanks in advance,

Fina Currey
