Sharon,

You can fix the List style by modifying it. Your problem is caused by the
block protect codes [kps] and [kpe], as well as the [ki1] and [ki0] codes.
Removing these codes from the List style keeps lists from prematurely ejecting
the page.

Once you've fixed the List style in a document, you'll want to create a
template so you don't have to modify List for each new document you create.
I'm not sure you can modify one of DBTW's templates, although it won't hurt to
try. If you have questions about how to do any of this, I'd be happy to answer
them. We should probably continue this discussion off list for the sake of
everyone else's sanity.

Steve

  Subject: [duxuser] two questions

I use the list style for embossing minutes, agendas and knitting or crochet
patterns, but if a "list" item won't fit on a partially embossed page, DBT goes
to the next page, leaving empty space on the previous page. Is there any way to
prevent this from happening? Any help is appreciated.

Earlier this month, there was a question about scanning knit/crochet patterns
and then formatting them before embossing. What equipment is needed to scan?
Does any knitter/crocheter know of safe websites to find patterns to download
and format or perhaps in Braille format ready to emboss. Thanks for any help.

  Sherryn
