Lisette,

Here are two ways to do what you want:

1.  Select the word you want and apply the Acronym style.
2.  Place the code [i] immediately before the word you want to be an acronym.  
This code tells DBT that the word following it should be treated as 
uncontracted braille, i.e. Grade I.  This treatment will be terminated with the 
next space character.

  I'm still coming to grips with UeB, but should Duxbury be translating the 
acronym NZCCS with a middle C (dots 2 5? What style or code would I need to 
apply either in Word or in the DXP file to make it translate correctly. I know 
I can do it manually but not sure if this rendering is correct in UEB or if 
there is a technically correct way of telling Duxbury this is an acronym.
