[duxuser] updating translation tables

Hi Listers.
I recently updated the UEB translation tables in DBT10.7 by copying the latest
enuncp.btb and enuncb.btb files to C:\Duxbury, overwriting the existing files.
Now I have no UEB translation tables showing in the list and I suspect these
files need to be installed somehow so DBT can "see" them. Any suggestions on a
fix other than a re-install of the whole program would be welcome.
