Good morning, Joe!
Are you using Outlook?
If so, set up the message which you are sending.
Then press left-alt for the menu bar
right-arrow once to "Insert" and press enter;
It opens showing "attach File"
Press enter on "attach file
You will see the usual fields for identifying the document to be attached.
Press OK when you have all the information inserted.
The file will now be attached to the email.
