One other way to do it quickly is once you locate the fine in its
location, press the context menu key (usually it's the key next to the
right Ctrl key), go to Sent To... then select Mail Recipient. This
should open Outlook composer (default email client), with the file
already attached. Just add the recipient. The subject and the body might
already be pre-filled but they can be changed anyway.

When you select the file location find the file by just up or down the arrow once. Press control plus C to copier
Go into your outlook press control N to start a new message.
Type the address in the to bar and tab and type the subject if you want to.
Tab down to where the message field is and just press control plus V to paste your document into the file it will be there as an attachment.
