Have you checked the App Store to see if they are downloaded on your phone. If
you search for one of the apps you should find an open button if you have it
downloaded, if not you should find a redownload it should then appear in the
App Library.
The only other idea I can think of is that you may have some homepages hidden,
but I think this may be unlikely because the apps should still be in the App
Library as well.
