Hello,
I'm contacting you from the accessibility department of the global leader in
corporate e-learning solutions, Skillsoft. We're carrying out user research to
evaluate how inclusive and accessible one of our key workplace learning
platforms is to people with disabilities, particularly blind and
visually-impaired users.
I wondered if you knew of anyone connected with your service, who uses a
computer and a screen reader, who might be interested in helping us out with
some user testing? Participants would receive compensation for their
contributions in the form of vouchers.
The user testing would involve (ideally) four sessions spread out over four
months, each consisting of roughly 60 to 90 minutes. In these sessions, we
would ask participants to complete certain tasks on our learning platform, such
as playing a video, finding a course, and going through some sample test
questions.
Participants would have the option to come to our offices in Clonskeagh or
alternatively, we can go to them.
Is this something you could help with facilitating by perhaps giving my contact
details to anyone you think may be interested? And if not, would you happen to
know anyone I could contact about this matter?
