Hi all,
here it is how to enable post acknowledgment by email from the list.
This mostly addresses the problem of members with Gmail accounts not
getting their email after posting but can be useful to anyone.
This will enable the list to send back an acknowledgment email once the
message is posted.
1. Login to the list to manage the subscription by going to:
https://www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi/l=fb-exchange
Fill in your email address and leave the password field empty. Click on
the Login button.
2. Once you receive an email with the login link, either click on it or
copy and paste it back into your browser.
3. After the page loads, locate am press the "My subscription settings"
button
4. On the new page, tick the box near
ACKPOST
User receives small note when a message is posted, or approved by a
moderator.
5. Locate and press the "Update my your account button"
Done.
