Important information about our vulnerable customer register
Hello,
We'd like to let you know about our vulnerable customer register, as it
could help you or someone you know. This is a way for us to offer
priority or special services to customers who need them.
Priority Services Register
If you're a Bord Gáis Energy customer and you or someone in your
household is critically dependent on electricity for medical reasons,
please register with us.

Special Services Register
We want to make sure we're communicating in the way that's easiest for
you.
If you or someone you care for needs special services for billing and
other important communications from us, please let us know by
registering below.

It's possible you may be eligible for both registers and if so, you'll
need to apply for both separately.
If you've already registered, you don't need to do anything, but you can
update your details or nominate someone to manage your account.
Concerns about paying your bill?
We appreciate that these are difficult and uncertain times which is why
we offer a Level Pay option. Your costs are spread evenly throughout the
year and you pay the same amount each month, so you don't feel the full
effect of your increased consumption in winter.

Nominate someone to manage your account
If it would be helpful, you can also nominate a carer or other third
party to deal with your account on your behalf. You can do this on both
the Priority Services and Special Services registration forms.
*Please note that Level Pay is not available for customers on Smart
Plans or Green Plans.
