Subject: Dundalk Walking Weekend
Hi Michael & Cork and Galway groups.
We hope to find you well and keeping safe. Can you please circulate the below
to all members in your mailing lists.
We regret to inform you that this years weekend of walking in Dundalk has been
cancelled. Having weighed up the situation to date with COVID and to protect
you and our guides and all concerned it was deemed that it still wasnât safe
enough to go ahead with arrangements and social distancing would continue to be
problematic. We have however booked our weekend for 2021 and that will be
from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th June 2021.
For those who have paid and would like a refund should contact Pat Kelly as
soon as possible on 087 7708200 to request same. There will however be an
administrative charge due to bank drafts and or postal orders issuing to
refund money to you. If you wish to leave your money in the account and are
confident that you would like to join us in June 2021, you will be paid up and
booked in automatically for next year.
We hope your all keeping well and safe and look forward to seeing you all in
June 2021 please god.
