Covid-19 & street accessility=20

Our streets are changing quickly to enable social distancing, but these =
changes must be accessible.
Discussions are ongoing around the reallocation of street space to allow =
cafes, bars, and restaurants to operate whilst obeying social distancing =
rules. Whilst it is understandable that every option should be explored =
to allow businesses to trade, this cannot be done in a way which =
endangers the safety of pedestrians who are blind and vision impaired.
