I had my interview with her student, Helen yesterday. I found it very
rewarding. She explained that Harriet and her department are very determined
to escalate their findings up through the pharmaceutical industry. We could
not ask for a better advocate!

Please find a participant information letter attached, which may provide more
information. The study is totally anonymous. After data collection the
responses of all participants are pooled and themes are developed. While we
do ask for some general demographic details at the beginning of the interview
no identifying information of the participants will be able to be gauged. The
purpose of the study is for Ellen (a pharmacy students) masters research
project, however we are hoping as well to publish the anonymous results in a
pharmaceutical journal to raise awareness regarding how community pharmacies
can do better/are doing well with certain aspects at the moment. So it may be
seen by some people in the pharmacy community but definitely not at an
official level. Anyone who doesn't feel comfortable talking to us definitely
should not and we definitely respect that. The study is 100% voluntary.
I hope that answers your questions. We would love for you to still be
involved but if you would prefer not to we totally understand that as well.
