Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Does JAWs only drop out in Zoom audio setting or does it happen in other
applications.
My Colleague Joe advises the following for the second question.
As for the second question, Go to watch settings, accessibility, and
voiceover and then tap on use siri voice which you have done as far as I can
see. But this won't activate straight away, she will have to leave the watch
charging overnight beside her phone for the voice file to transfer over.
Hope this works.

My AirPods battery died, so it's charging, but every time I go to the Audio
settings in Zoomm on my desktop Jaws stops talking so I don't know where I
am to choose headset instead of speaker.
I got an Apple Watch for my Birthday on Saturday. Do you know how I lock
the screen and change the Moira voiceover voice to Irish Siri Male? I
downloaded it and Siri is on, but it's still Moira since yesterday of
configuring it.
