An option is to use Microsoft Edge and the Narrator if you are on the
Windows PC or laptop. It has a read aloud feature that will go through the
whole pdf.

Do Page Down and Page Upd do anything? Have you tried an app like Be My AI

I can only read the first page
Any ideas how I can read the rest of the file or indeed even find it.
