Hi Sean.
If you do a search for whatsappdesktop on your PC and download it, then you
open whatsapp on your phone and go to settings at the bottom right of the
screen.
Go in here and you will find a whatsapp/web/desktop button. In there there
are various options and I notice that they have changed since I last used it
earlier this year, ass uming you have the latest whatsapp update. There is
now a link device button and there you should find the option to take a
screenshot of the whatsapp desktop screen on your PC. When you take a
screenshot of it with your phone, you will b linked up and able to type your
whatsapp messages on your PC. It takes a small bit of experimentation
because the Whatsapp labelling on the PC could be clearer.
Don't download whatsapp Messenger by mistake, unless of course you want to
do so. It is whatsapp web you are looking for

To create a shortcut do the following:
Hit Windows Key and R.
Type the following, no spaces
shell:appsfolder
Press the first letter of whichever app you want, Once you are on the right
app, hit the applications key and go to create shortcut.
It will say can't make shortcut here, would you like to create it on your
desktop and hit yes You will then have a desktop shortcut.
