Looks like Paul's email had his email in the CC field manually added
(isn't Paul?). This means we're back to square zero on this.

Tested and working in Outlook. Doesn't work (at least for me) in the Gmail android app. Couldn't test on iOS or Mail for macOS.
So, use Reply All to go in private. It is should be faster.
