Hi,
Sometimes it can be confusing how to find old messages that have been
archived within Outlook in Windows 10.
Here are the steps that work on my Outlook 2019, Windows 10 system:
1. Press control + y to open the folder list;
2. Press left-arrow, you should hear "Outlook expanded";
3. Press left-arrow again for "outlook collapsed";
4. Press down-arrow once to "Archive expanded";
5. Press right-arrow again to the Inbox of the Archive folder.
