Thank you so much, it sounds much less complicated that I expected. I am using
Kurtzwiel, but also use JAWS, for OCR, I can use whichever you suggest is the
most convenient. Also if you could let me know about filing the scanned
document.

Anyway, make a note of where your scanned files are to be placed. I can go
into that if you need to. I will need to know what OCR software you are
using.
1. Open the folder where your scanned file is stored
2. Pres the application key or shift+F10.
3. Press down-arrow until you reach "Send to"
4. Press right arrow and then down-arrow until you reach "Email"
5. press enter and fill the usual details into the email fields.
You will notice that the scanned file is now attached to the email you are
editing.
