Hi to you Anne Marie and glad you are having a lovely experience with those tech groups.

What I do like and expect from at least one of those apps is the ability to check on one's flight[s] when say at the airport and not at the gate and not having tgo ask my wife or other sighted perwson to go look at the screen for flight delays etc as often the announcements are not very audible indeed.

I'm too new to these apps so look forward to others participation/expertise in this kmatter.

Jackie's hearing of 'home to flight' mention whereby a blind person etc can be monitored is surely wishful-thinking  of OCS or whoever dreamed it up as it would ttake a lot to do that.

Yes technically I'm sure it could be achieved but let's awaitt AI and we'll all see where that ttakes us!

Glad to be able to return some useful knowledge to the group

Tony.

Hi Tony,

Thank you very very much that is so useful. I travel regularly over and back to UK and it was fine before Covid but since then it has just been a matter of turn up to the airport and hope that they remember who I am. Ryanair completely inaccessible for special assistance booking. I will definitely give this one a try next time I’m going and let the group know how it works out. Thanks 1 million

    Hi folk,

thought I had the PRM app installed but I'm afraid not but I'm sure I
had it on my last phone though.

Here is some useful information from Dublin Airport I found and it's

Trust Jackie and all will find it useful.
