Calling all our swimmers,

Please see the below e-mail from Paul Cain of the Leisure Experts.

They can no longer offer us our usual Monday morning slot of 11:15 to =
12:15. This is outside their control as the College Authorities have =
updated their own swimming schedule.

So what to do? Well, Paul as you will see below has put forword four =
potential solutions and it is up to us to accept one of these=20
=20
Instead of swimming next Monday why not meet as usual at the League at =
around 10:30 and discuss the options and agree on one.
=20
We have written to Paul and told him that we would decide which slot =
would be the preferred one next week. =20
=20
If you are unable to attend next Monday morning, please let us know by =
e-mail as to your preferred choice.

If you are not a regular swimming participant but would commit to attend =
on one of the new slots, then make your thoughts known.

I am heartbroken to send you this e-mail. Unfortunately, we received an =
updated timetable from Belvedere College yesterday afternoon, and we are =
no longer able to offer the pool on Mondays from next week =
(11.15-12.15).=20

I wish we were able to do something about this, but it is completely out =
of our hands. The only thing I can offer you currently is to potentially =
move the slot to one of the following:

Tuesday
Between 10.05-11.40
Tuesday
Between 13.00-15.00
Thursday
Between 11.00-13.30
Friday
Between 13.00-15.15

Please accept my sincerest apologies for this and if any of the above =
times suit, we would be delighted to continue with our arrangement.

Just wondering will the National League of the Blind of Ireland Trust be =
able to hire the pool once our current contract expires at the end of =
this month? When I last spoke to you regarding this issue you were =
awaiting word from the college authorities as to their own requirements =
for the pool.

Currently we rent the pool from 11:15 until 12:15 each Monday except =
bank holidays.
