These meetings are either a train wreck or a work of art. If we all work
together to keep this on time and do handoffs smoothly, we could create a
masterpiece!
Speakers and evaluators must work as a team, speaker discussing the
specific speech content so that the evaluator can give a plausable
evaluation. Please contact each other to work this out. Evaluators, you
are encouraged to throw up to three doable curveballs to the speakers as a
challenge.
Note that the evaluators will be providing legit feedback to the speakers
in writing, and I strongly encourage the speakers/evaluators to meet when
the meeting is done to discuss what actually happened.
Table Topics will be interesting and particularly challenging. Ray, you
need to figure out how you want incorporate WOD. Your only requirement is
that you hand the meeting to the TM at 7:55. Good luck respondents!
Also, Bill will be in the house! So don't go and kick his crutch out from
under him. That wouldn't be nice.
