I will highlight the responsibilities of the Chief Judge below so you'll have an idea what is needed. Basically, the Chief Judge manages the Judges Team and voting process. All judges need to complete the Judges Certification training that is on the TMI website. This is a simple 15-20 minute tutorial that you can do at your leisure! This training will prepare you for the role. then all you need to do is be a good listener.. vote for the Best Speaker and Evaluator. *I have attached the Contest guide that will be utilized for Area and District Competitions. At the Club Level we will follow basic TM protocol but have the option to be somewhat less formal. IF we want to! Being a Judge at the Club level is the PERFECT opportunity to learn the role.. You will have the support of the Co-Chairs Kathy Barrett and Lori High and the entire club behind you. Our Own Kathy Barrett will be our Honored Toastmaster for the event. it is SURE to be a fun packed evening! PLEASE take that Leap of Faith.. WE NEED YOU!!!! Plus. you can get credit for the role in your CL manual!!! If you are feeling that urge to say YES. Just do it!!! Nike-logo-1.jpgLet Kathy and Lori know!
