Hello? McFly, anybody home? McFly, are you listening to me???
Ladies & Gentlemen, we have a special workshop this week. I am presenting to
the club "How to Listen Effectively" - a module from the Success Communication
Series.
There is a difference between listening and hearing, a skill that can be
learned using the nine techniques discussed in this program.
According to the materials, the meeting will likely go 20 minutes over our
