This is hrev47983 in vbox.
Every once in a while using haikuporter I got {{{Killed (by death)}}}
message and had to reboot to fix it.
This time I can reproduce it every time simply by running DiskUsage and
scanning my Haiku partition (2GB).
Attached is a syslog snippet after starting DiskUsage and clicking start.
Once {{{packagefs}}} messages come into play it is no longer possible to
start new apps.
