#11429: OpenGL with SDL is buggy with mesa_x86_swrast -------------------------------------------------+------------------------- Reporter: miqlas | Owner: kallisti5 Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Kits/OpenGL Kit/Software | Version: Rasterization | R1/Development Resolution: | Keywords: swrast, Blocked By: | tiny content, Has a Patch: 0 | Blocking: | Platform: x86 -------------------------------------------------+------------------------- Comment (by pulkomandy): I had the same problem with giddy3 and Dragon Memory (both built with gcc2). What happens is: * SDL creates a small 32x32 window in SDL_init and adds a BGLView to it * Then it resizes the window when SDL_setvideomode is called It seems swrast does not like being resized. I can update the libsdl_x86 package to apply the same workaround, which should work; however it would be nice to actually fix swrast, too. -- Ticket URL: <https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/11429#comment:2> Haiku <https://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
