This helped me
ifconfig /dev/net/iprowifi4965/0 down
ifconfig loop down
ifconfig loop 127.0.0.1 255.0.0.0 up
ifconfig /dev/net/iprowifi4965/0 172.16.1.181 255.255.255.0 up
route add /dev/net/iprowifi4965/0 default gw 172.16.1.1
