The DHCP logs are sent to syslog, you will probably get something similar
to what's in the ticket already: DHCP discover, then an offer is received
from the DHCP server, and then DHCP requests are sent, but there is never
a DHCP acknowledge.
Maybe a wireshark or tcpdump capture of the DHCP messages (working vs
nonworking) would help.
