The jam files for the host libraries are stored at http://cgit.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/src/build/ .
In particular, http://cgit.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/src/build/libbe/support/Jamfile is for the support kit.
The simplest solution would be to add libnetapi to the SEARCH_SOURCE, then
add BUrl to the sourcefile list. This will effectively put it in the
support kit for the host libraries.
