That's actually intended behavior. There is no problem in
`NetworkSettings`, the logic for this sits in the [https://git.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/src/servers/net/NetServer.cpp#n669 net_server], it's
even documented now :-)
I don't really see a reason to change this, but if you see one, please
elaborate.
