Attempt to run RemoteDesktop per instructions found at [https://www.haiku-
os.org/node/6007/]. Fails with error on client Terminal (see attached
screenshot).
RemoteDesktop command with explicit arguments changes behavior, but
connection still fails with the client desktop completely white and no
mouse. Evidence of a connection attempt is found on the server as
follows:
There is now a Terminal tab in Deskbar and when I click on it, it reports
“No windows”. ProcessController shows a process titled “/bin/bash -c echo
connected; export TARGET_SCREEN=10900; /boot/”. And syslog now has
something too (see attached screenshot).
Use a Ctrl+Alt+Delete to recover client and get a “Team monitor” pop up
window that allows killing RemoteDesktop and then desktop is displayed
again. Errors are displayed on the client Terminal (see attached
screenshot). This recovery does not reclaim the resources on the server.
