#15237: intel_extreme graphics driver doesn't play nice with Intel HD Graphics

Using hrev53333 64-bit "anyboot" burned CD on a MacBook Pro mid-2012, it
booted fine, but I encountered severe graphical glitches when it got to
the desktop. (Picture of the screen is appended.) Tried booting with the
intel_extreme driver blacklisted in the boot options menu; the VESA driver
works fine. I will probably attach a syslog at a later time, because I'm
uncertain how to obtain one that accurately shows the issue, due to (A)
the graphical glitch, and (B) the fact that I'm booting it from a CD.
Output of listdev will also be attached when I have it.
