 I followed your directions and repeated it 3 times for different
 connections
 1. VGA  (attached file vga.tar.gz)
 2. HDMI (blank screen)
 3. DVI  (blank screen)

 I could not get 2. and 3. working. Please let me know if you have any
 additional questions
