I am unable to reproduce this issue after hrev54512. I open Appearance,
switch both my decorator and control look to Be. Reboot, when it comes
back up the pop up menus each have Be selected. I change my decorator and
control look back to Default, reboot, and the Appearance pop up menus have
Default selected.
