Old description:

In hrev54513 x64
Renaming files on the desktop not working when click and hold mouse on
file names.
Also, cursor not following text in Vision. Cursor remains at beginning of
line.

Verified that these problems are gone when downgraded to hrev54509

New description:

 NOTE: Renaming working again in hrev54525, but Vision curser issue still
 there.
 In hrev54513 x64
 1. Renaming files on the desktop not working when click and hold mouse on
 file names.
 2.  cursor not following text in Vision. Cursor remains at beginning of
 line. also text disapears at end of text area but you can still type and
 it appears when you send it.

 Verified that these problems are gone when downgraded to hrev54509
