BTextView still in flux, see [0]. Left-over commit (hrev54493) reverted in
hrev54530 which fixed some regressions including this one. Once [0] has
been applied this ticket may be used to continue to track the regression.
[0] fixes alignment issues in BTextView including a slew of other bug
reports (see [0] for details. It has already verified by me that the
patch does not re-enable this regression, and once this patch is applied
and the fix is independently verified, this ticket may be closed.
