forgoodreason shows a problem with -webkit-transform: rotate. I'm not
exactly sure what's happening, but in some cases the rotations ends up not
drawing anything.
sberbank problem is with -webkit-transform: translateZ(0), which makes the
divs with this style not draw at all.
